On completion of a project, DESA provides Certification that the entire installation has been carried out to exacting performance, application and workmanship standards. This includes:

• Compliance of each structured wiring system with site design and the requirements of all relevant rules, regulations and requirements
• Warranty on all passive communications cabling products
• Application assurance that the installed cabling link will support all current and planned applications
• Warranty on workmanship in accordance with all current standards including federal, state and association laws and ordinances
• Guarantee that all equipment installed is new and meets the manufacturer`s specification for installation and warranty
• Equipment in any system installed by DESA that fails to meet the compliance requirements, will be serviced, installed or replaced in a timely manner in order to place the system in compliance once again
• DESA Australia Pty Ltd. offers a lifetime warranty on the quality of its workmanship
• DESA Australia Pty Ltd. provides conditional warranty on the products installed by the company, with the support of the manufacturers of the materials
