DESA’s team consists of highly trained, experienced BICSI RCDD qualified Project Group Managers, Project Managers and support staff. The RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) is the highest international qualification available in telecommunication, cabling and network infrastructure in the world.  In addition, DESA Project Managers hold BICSI Specialist Qualifications in Network Transport Systems, Wireless Design, and Outside Plant.

DESA has extensive design and experience gained by managing projects across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region ranging from single point installations in multiple locations to complex installations in a single location. From the commencement of your project you will be assigned a Project Manager who will follow your job through to its completion, ensuring continuity and a single point of contact.  Our combination of technical qualifications, project management, design skills and Occupational Health, Safety and Quality systems ensure the delivery of a structured, consistent and professional outcome for each project.
